As we are all aware, the housing market has taken a big turn here lately. 3yrs ago you could sell your house at a very high price quite easily. Nowadays, the market has been flooded with so many homes for sale, that getting the price you desire is a much more difficult task. It went from a “sellers market” to
a “renters market” extremely quick.

sell your home, but are unable to get the price you want,
and don’t want to just rely on renting it out.
Let us find you a good “qualified” tenant that will buy your
home on a Lease/Purchase Option Contract. You may
have to sacrifice a couple years to wait for your money
when sold, but there are some great benefits in doing this.
1st, you will sell the home for a better price then what
you would be able to get right now.
2nd, you will receive a L/O deposit much greater than a
rental security deposit that will help insure you that they
will go through with the purchase.
3rd, since they plan on owning the home themselves, they
will treat it like it’s theirs, unlike most renting tenants would do.
It’s a very safe deal all around, if they end up not buying
then they lose the deposit they put down, typically around
2-6% of the purchase price. You can even use that
deposit money for personal use if strapped on cash as
it will eventually either get subtracted from the purchase
