• Key holding, release keys to preferred vendors
• Pre and post storm prepare an inspection
• Inspect for any vandalism
• Secure doors and windows
• Check for leaks, flush toilets
• Inspect a/c handler/replace filters
• Inspect water heater/replace filters
• Inspect water heater/smoke alarm
• Replace light bulbs
• 24-hr emergency services

We also offer maintenance on more customized needs such as:

• Pool and Hot Tub maintenance
• Window Cleaning
• Lawn Care and Landscaping
• Pressure Washing of House and Deck
• Pre-Storm boarding up or storm shutter preparedness
