Bridging Dreams Enterprises is one of the fastest growing property management companies in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.  We are a smaller, private company that allows us to really focus on each individual property to give
it the proper attention that it deserves. You are not just
another file thrown in the filing cabinet, we take the time to
get to know you and the property which helps us prepare a
specific managing plan for each specific property.

Our managing broker is Brett Lance. He has lived in this
area his entire life, except for a few years at Florida State
University where he received his bachelors degree.  Brett
has been managing all sorts of properties for about 10 years
now, and has taken advanced level property management
classes that have allowed him to learn the most effective
ways of getting the most out of your investment real estate.

Gail Grimley, licensed realtor, has also teamed up with us
to handle any of your real estate buying or selling needs. 
Gail has over 30 years of real estate experience here in SW
Florida.  She is a multiple receiver of the “Florida Real
Estate Exchanger of the Year” award as well as receiving
many other honorable accolades throughout her R.E.
career. Gail knows this market as well as anyone and her
expert negotiating skills benefit greatly when she is working
for you.

We also have a partnership with Benchmark Property
Solutions, run by Joseph Lasota.  Benchmark is a
full-service maintenance/repair company that is able to
accomplish almost every home need.  Joseph, a licensed
contractor himself, has built a team of experienced and reliable
handy-men including plumbers, electricians, landscapers, maids, etc… that are always on call and ready to fix anything your property is in need of.
